IBPS Clerk 2022-23 Mains exam was conducted on 08th October 2022 across India. Marks obtained by a candidate in the online mains examination are considered for shortlisting for final placement.

The scores obtained by a candidate in Clerk Mains Exam are to be considered for the final selection to the post of Clerical Cadre in different Public Sector Banks. Each candidate is required to obtain a minimum score in each test of the Online Prelims examination and also a minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for the Mains exam.

Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs (merit marks) are decided and candidates will be shortlisted for the final selection. Candidates who are selected after the final round are handed the appointment letter to join the Bank of their choice.
