Anushka Sharma And her husband Virat Kohli, welcomed daughter Vamika in 2021.
In a recent interview, Anushka said that her priorities have changed ever since she became a mother.
While speaking at an event for Puma in Bengaluru, Anushka said she and Virat have realized, that between the two of them, Vamika needs Anushka more.
“I know my daughter is at this age that she needs a lot more of my time. Virat is a great father. He is very involved as a parent. But she is at that age, we have also seen that she just needs me more. We recognize that. So, I have taken those steps,” the actor said.
Anushka, who was last seen on screen in 2018, has decided that from now on, she will only do one film a year. “I enjoy acting but I don’t want to do too many films as much as I was doing earlier. I want to do one film a year, enjoy the process of acting which is what I like and balance my life out like the way I am, give time to family,” she said and added that even Virat takes out time for the family.
Fans are eagerly waiting for Anushka Sharma’s upcoming movie Chakda Xpress. In that movie, she plays the role of cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
This movie will be released on Netflix.
